Special Use Appraisal
Special Use property provides unique challenges when estimating its value. Examples of such are Churches, Golf Courses, Parks, Museums, Public Buildings, Schools, and Clubhouses. Such properties represent a unique subset of commercial property. In general, commercial-use properties (i.e. office buildings, restaurants, retail outlets, etc.), are valued for their ability to produce income. On the other hand, special use properties are different in that they are often typically designed and constructed to accommodate a specific need for an individual or group of individuals at a particular point in time.
The Value Company understands the challenges of appraising such properties, as well as those techniques involved in the proper valuation of Special Use property.
Special Use appraisal services are provided throughout the State of Indiana.
